You may withdraw your consent at any time (including in part) by sending an email to info@hotels-fiss.com. This may affect the functionality of the content offered on this website, in particular because some data applications are necessary to provide the service you have requested.

Furthermore, you have a right of access to personal data concerning you, data portability, rectification or erasure of personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to info@hotels-fiss.com.

Cookies

When you access the website, one or more cookies (small text files) are stored on your terminal device. The purpose of this is to improve the service of the Hotel Albarella by, for example, saving user settings.

It is also possible to use the website without cookies. You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser, restrict them to certain websites or set your browser to notify you before a cookie is stored. You can delete the cookies from the hard disk of your computer at any time using the data protection functions of your browser. In this case, the functions and user-friendliness of the website could be limited.

Session-Cookies
A session cookie is created each time you visit this website. This contains a randomly generated, unique identification number that is assigned to your computer. The validity of a session cookie expires automatically when you close your browser. Session cookies are used to support the functionality of the website and to learn more about your use of the website, i.e. which pages you visit, which links you use and how long you stay on each page.

Permanent Cookies
Where permitted, permanent cookies are used. These cookies do not expire when you close your browser, but remain on your hard drive until they expire after a certain period of time or are deleted by you. Each time you visit this website, the web server recognises the persistent cookie stored on your computer's hard drive. By assigning such a permanent, unique identifier to your computer, preferred settings and your usage patterns can be stored in a database. It also allows us to determine how often you visit this website, how your usage habits change and how effective the website's advertising activities are. This information does not contain any personal data, only the actions performed with your computer.

If you access the website via an email sent to you or have created a "user identity" during one of your visits, the information provided by the website or third-party cookies may be linked to information in the website provider's records from which inferences about your identity can be drawn.

Consent to the use of cookies
Your prior consent is not required for session cookies as they are necessary for the functioning of the website and expire as soon as you leave the website. Your prior consent is required for the use of persistent cookies, which store your preferred settings as well as your usage patterns, but are not strictly necessary for the functionality of the website. By using the website, you consent to the use of persistent cookies unless you prevent the installation of these cookies by changing the settings on your computer. This also applies to cookies from third-party providers.

Web Beacons
The website may contain pixel graphics. These are called "web beacons", "single-pixel GIFs" or "clear GIFs". Third-party vendors may use web beacons to learn more about the behaviour of their website visitors and measure the impact of promotional activities. Web beacons may also be used in promotional emails to determine whether they are opened and trigger user activity. The information obtained in web beacons will only be linked to your personal data in case of your prior consent. By clicking on a link in promotional emails sent to you with your consent, you consent to the use of web beacons unless you prevent the installation of these web beacons by changing the settings of your computer.

Current status of our cookie use, its purpose, its impact on privacy and its permanence:

Session ID: The web server may create session cookies that are required to use certain interactive elements of the website (e.g. contact forms or login). The cookie contains a session ID that can be used to distinguish your visit to our website from that of other visitors using the website at the same time. Session cookies are considered necessary for the use of the website and do not require your consent.
Analytics: The website uses Google Analytics. Google Analytics creates multiple first-party cookies that ensure that each subsequent visit to the website can be attributed to the same (unique) visitor. It can also tell how you found the site.
Website navigation: The content management tool creates several first-party cookies. These are session cookies that are deleted as soon as you close your browser. These cookies allow our website to function properly. This data is aggregated and cannot be attributed to any individual. The information collected through these first-party cookies is used to create aggregate reports about how visitors access and use the website. These reports are used to gain insight into general visitor behaviour. These insights are used to update and improve the website.
Third-party cookies: Third-party cookies are cookies created by partners. If these partners are permitted to embed a cookie on a page of the website, the website provider will advise you of the policy and inform you that the collection of information using such cookies requires the visitor's consent. You can refuse this consent by changing your computer settings. Cookies from advertising partners are used and external content from third parties is embedded in the website. These are cookies that belong to the domain of the third party provider and can therefore only be displayed and managed by that third party provider. These third-party providers include Facebook and Twitter, whose cookie policies you can view on the respective websites. Furthermore, the Google Maps tool and the "Like" plugin from Facebook are used. The data protection provisions of these providers apply. The website provider has no direct control over the content of the cookies that these plugins create.
